We want you to be completely satisfied with your Les Néréides jewelry; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original packaging and unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Jewelry
Carefully place the items in their original Les Néréides branded box and protective pouch to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
